I would say that you should go for it! I wanted to be a scientist from when I was young. but it wasn’t until I was 16 that I really thought I would do it. Being good at science is all about trying to understand the world, so if you ask a lot of questions to make sure you understand things, that’s a good start. I would also say that being ok at maths helps, but you don’t have to be amazing at maths.

Just try your best, do what you find the most interesting and I’m sure you can be a scientists if you want to 🙂

I would say don’t give up trying. Sometimes you will have a bad grade or a bad piece of coursework along the way and that’s okay, that’s also the nature of science that sometimes things go wrong but that’s how we improve and learn. I think I would say read as much information you can get your hands on and don’t be afraid to be a bit of a ‘geek’ or ‘nerd’, in the end, people who know their subjects are the coolest people! Also, I would say to try and do well at science in school and never be afraid to ask questions, that’s how we learn!
