• Question: How does trees' make us breathe

      Plants make themselves food from sunlight by doing something called photosynthesis. The plant changes carbon dioxide and water into sugar and oxygen using the energy from the sun. The plant needs a little bit of the oxygen it makes but not all of it so the extra oxygen gets released into the air. Humans and other animals need the oxygen to breathe, so plants are really important!
