      Well solid really just means something that cannot flow and change shape like other things can.
      The hardest material is diamond, so diamond can cut or scratch anything but nothing else can scratch diamond.
      The material with the highest density is Osmium; that means a lump of osmium weighs more than any other material of the same size.

      Materials with record properties are very interesting and can be very useful so great question.
