      Tigers are the biggest species of cat. The males can be up to 300kg!

      As Alex said, the biggest cat species is Tiger, whereas the largest breed of pet cat is the Maine Coon who’s males can weigh 25lb.

      300kg is very heavy, they can grow to be over 3 metres in length too
