Question: How do you make paint colourful?

What a great question 🙂 we add special chemicals that are mostly powders (but sometimes pastes like toothpaste) called pigments, and they give all the different colours.

There are people I know who are working to mix those chemicals together to make different colours. It is very difficult to make paints some colours as the pigments make the paint not behave itself! We then have to mix in different things to make it behave as it should.
